Put them at the front and plank like you’re about to pushup.
Then plank your arms TOUGH and kick your legs through.
How? Keep them together and bring knees to ribs.
And then explode the feet out in front landing on your heels.
And then hold yourself steady and bring your knees to your ribs and back to starting.
