HOW TO WORKOUT LIKE A BADASS: BOSU DOSE PUSHUPS

I know about 736 kinds of push-ups. So here is another favorite of mine.
First off…Anaal Nathrahk is the band. They are amazing. All their albums are brutal as shit and you should put them all into your iPod so you can destroy the weight room.

Ok, lets do this.

Two slam balls. A Bosu. And your badass self.

Pushup position (balance!) and steady your feet on the Bosu.
Push down…and up…HOLD!
And then kick one leg up, by it’s heel til your ass flexes. Back down.

3 sets of 12-16. BOOM!
