HOW TO WORKOUT LIKE A BADASS: DEMON RAISES

You’ll need a kettle bell for this one and what better way to get a badass kettle bell than with my friends at IRONSKULL FITNESS. Though I didn’t use Samoth in this video, I figured I’d pay tribute by throwing in my favorite Zyklon track.

The exercise is simple. Make sure you have some flexibility in your groin or else you’ll pay for it when you try and hump someone later in the day. It’s a combo “side lunges/opposite arm upright kettle bell row”. As always sit back into your lunge, like a squat, putting the weight more into your heel. On the upright row, own that shit like a boss and keep your core tight. It should blast your shoulder and trap, along with your upper back.
