HOW TO WORKOUT LIKE A BADASS: BEHEMOTHS

Try this out, if you dare!

New exercise clip feat. Behemoth’s “Conquer All”.
Take a straight bar against a wall or corner.
Load it up with as much weight as you want (I use a lot of small plates so I can get lower on the first part of the exercise).
Pull bar up with a “clean” motion from under to over.
Push upward and forward and “plank” your body to a full extension on your toes and hold.
Bring back down to start.
3 to 4 sets. 10-12 a piece. Go heavy or go the fuck home.
