HOW TO WORKOUT LIKE A BADASS: THE “BELL WITCH”

Your burpees aren’t hard enough I decided. That is why during my “Complex” drills today I combined two of my favorite things. No, I didn’t combine “sex” with “fridays” though that sounds like a great idea. I combined the Clean and Press into a burpee because MAN UP AND TRY IT, THAT’S WHY.

1) Set to bells down in pushup ready position
2) Sprawl down into a pushup off the bell handles
3) Spring forward and jump squat
4) As you land, squat down and “twist” the handle so your right palm is facing inward and CLEAN THAT SHIT
5) PRESS THAT SHIT
6) Do the other bell!
7) Repeat
